Hello everyone!
I am a 22 year-old Bethel University2009 graduate. Whew, thank God that’s over.
I graduated with a degree in journalism with a minor in psychology. I just finished five months of interning at Channel 5 Eyewitness News for a live daily show called Twin Cities Live. I absolutely loved my job there and it taught me a lot about the broadcast production side of journalism I never knew before working there.
I was also Editor-in-Chief of the Bethel University Clarion- Bethel’s bi-weekly university newspaper. It was a huge undertaking and a lot of work, but a great experience and very rewarding as journalism is my passion.
As a recent university graduate, I am pursuing job opportunities left and right- never quite satisfied with my resume and job objectives, I am anxious to find the perfect fit for the budding journalist I am.
Another passion of mine is sports- My favorite sport to watch is baseball, my heart belongs to the Minnesota Twins. I also love hockey and am a huge Wild fan. I’m sure you’ll see some sports updates from me as well. I’ve entered my first fantasy baseball draft with a bunch of my guy friends. As the only girl in the league, I feel very pressured to impress the boys and prove that girls can kick butt at fantasy baseball just as well as the boys!
